Hey y'all, thank you for being here! My name is Sarah Mountain and I am a portrait and wedding photographer based in Savannah, Georgia but with the passion to travel wherever you want me to go.
My love for photography started all the way back in middle school, and I have dedicated the last nine years of my life to turning what was once a hobby into my full-time job.
Simply put: I love love!! Telling love stories is the thing that sets my heart on fire, so my specialty is in weddings, engagements, and elopements! My goal is to get to know every couple I work with on a personal level and mold their photography to their individuality.
As a queer woman, queer love stories are extra special to me. You are safe and celebrated here!
While I am based in Savannah, I am an experienced traveler who loves to see your corner of the world.

Finding the right photographer is essentialWhen it comes to choosing a photographer, chemistry, shooting style, and editing style are your big three to pay attention to!
My focus on your session is to capture candid-feeling, prompted moments. You may have heard this described as documentary or candid style--and to me it’s all that and more.
I want you to look back on your photos and feel like yourself. Like you were out and about just as normal with your loved one and a camera happened to capture the romance.
How will my photos look?
My editing style is something I have spent years curating and perfecting and I am very committed to a consistent look across all my galleries! I like to call it natural but elevated; a warm, colorful, and contrast-y vibe inspired by film. Galleries are available upon request to see how this looks in different lighting and different conditions!
